Delete your data
This page explains how to delete the data that Solitaire World Tour has saved on our server.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
1. What is deleted
The following is deleted from our server.
- Game data (your progress, coin balance, settings, and the game in progress)
- Your transfer code
- Data used for notifications
After deletion, your transfer code stops working and the server data can no longer be restored on a new device.
The game data on your device is not deleted. Data on your device is erased when you delete the app.
2. Delete it inside the app
- Open the app’s settings screen.
- Open “Transfer data”.
- Press “Delete server data”.
- A confirmation message appears. Press again to delete.
After deleting, you can keep playing with the data on your device. If you keep playing, saving to the server starts again under a new anonymous user ID. If you do not want data on the server, do not open the app after deleting.
3. If you cannot use the app (request by email)
If you cannot delete from inside the app, for example because your device is unavailable, send a deletion request to this email address.
- Subject: “Delete my data”
- Body: your transfer code (16 characters, shown under “Transfer data” on the app’s settings screen)
If you do not know your transfer code, we may not be able to identify the data to delete. We will delete it as soon as we can confirm it, and reply to you.
4. What is not deleted
- Purchase records: kept by RevenueCat, Apple and Google as required by law.
- Usage data (Firebase Analytics): deleted automatically 14 months after collection.
- Advertising data (Google AdMob): handled according to Google’s own rules.
See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. When data is deleted without any action
Game data and transfer codes on the server are deleted automatically 24 months after they were last saved.
